1) What we do (in plain English)

Architect Brief Generator helps you create a design brief and generate a PDF. Most information you enter is processed in your browser and is not stored by us on our servers. Payments are handled by Stripe.

2) Data you enter into the wizard

When you use the brief wizard, you may enter information such as:

• Your name, email address, and property details (e.g., postcode/address).
• Project requirements, budget range, timeline, preferences, and optional inspiration images.

Storage: We do not intentionally store this wizard content on our servers. It is held in your browser while you use the site and used to generate your PDF.

Important: If you refresh or close the page, your data may be lost.

3) Payments (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay, Stripe processes your payment details (such as card information). We do not receive or store your full card details.

Stripe may collect and process personal data as an independent controller in accordance with their privacy policy.

4) Emails (delivering your PDF)

If you choose to have the PDF emailed to you, we will use your email address to send the document you purchased.

We may use a transactional email provider to send this email. The provider will process your email address and the email content for delivery purposes.

We do not use your email address for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

5) Analytics and cookies (if used)

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used (for example: which pages are visited and whether users complete checkout). This helps us improve the product.

If we use cookies or similar technologies, we will display a cookie notice where required.

6) Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect basic technical logs (for example, IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, and error logs) to keep the site secure and reliable.

• Stripe (payments).
• Our email provider (if you request email delivery).
• Hosting/technical providers necessary to run the site.
